Event Brief
Dress code: My boss is envisioning that Evie is wearing something low key during the first 15minutes of play and then have something a bit more showy, a bit more green for the actual performance
Soundcheck: Any time from 5pm up to 6pm.
Guests will be invited from foyer into Grand Hall (main venue) at 7pm. Would like Evie to play some relaxing welcome musics while everyone gets seated.
At around 8pm (time tbc), Evie to perform an energetic set for 15 minutes.
Parking/Bump In
Valet parking is in WHEELS:
Arrive at 408 Flinders Lane
Pull into W Melbourne internal driveway (Wheels) from Flinders Lane
Turn right where the W Welcome team will look after your vehicle

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
