Event Brief
Please advise me when you would like to do sound check.
Saturday 5pm - 8pm
It is a private party in a marquee environment. You will have a PA supplied for you and I assuming you will bring own decks. This portion is pre-the band and they company has a diverse group of guests ranging in age from 18-70. The event is for Midfield Meat Christmas Party.
Saturday 8.30pm
This is a gig our the front bar of our traditonal hotel. We will have a smaller PA in this area. We will have someone on hand to assist you to move decks to this location. Approximate 75 metres.
Sunday 1pm-4pm
Will be in our Beer Garden. We will relocate PA from Front Bar and use on Sunday in Beer Garden.
Sunday - Is back in the Marquee pre-the band. This is for a crowd after the Jericho Cup race meeting. They will be primed ready to go so all the classics that you would play at Spring Carnival would be awesome.
* Matt could sound check at 3pm in Front Bar
* The PA will be getting set-up from 1.30pm on Saturday in Marquee
* Matt could then sound check in Marquee PA at 3,30pm and leave all his gear ready to go for First Gig
* We can securely store his gear after Front Bar gig at the hotel.
* He can sound check at 12.30pm on Sunday in the Beer Garden (same PA as used in Front Bar)
* 4pm – move his gear from Beer Garden to Marquee it is the same PA being used in the Marquee on the Saturday and Sunday
Parking
Load and parking is right out the front.
